LED cove cornice profile
A substantial wall-to-ceiling profile with the lighting channel built in.
The Stucco Molding is a 16.25" × 7.25" cornice profile that sits along the top of a wall where it meets the ceiling. Its cove shape leaves room for an LED strip, allowing light to wash upward without the source being visible.
Use it for indirect cove lighting, plaster-look cornices or bold architectural trim in homes, restaurants, retail and hospitality spaces.
The molding is cut from expanded polystyrene (EPS), making the large profile relatively light and straightforward to handle. Cut it to length using an appropriate fine-tooth saw or hot knife, then install it using a foam-safe construction adhesive.

Uncoated – please read before finishing.
This profile ships as raw EPS foam with no hardcoat. Before painting, seal it with a foam-compatible primer, plaster skim or acrylic stucco finish. Solvent-based paints and adhesives can melt EPS. Raw EPS is not suitable for outdoor use without an appropriate protective coating.

The profiles can be cut as one batch, making the 12-Pack the lower-cost configuration per piece.

What is included?
The molding is supplied as raw EPS foam. LED strip, LED driver, adhesive and coating are not included and are sold separately.
Can I install LED strip inside the cove?
The profile is designed with a cove that can conceal an LED light source so illumination reflects upward onto the ceiling. Lighting components are not included with the molding.
How should raw EPS be finished?
Before painting, seal the EPS using a foam-compatible primer, plaster skim or acrylic stucco finish appropriate for your application. Avoid solvent-based paints and adhesives because they can damage or dissolve EPS.
Can I use it outdoors?
Raw EPS should not be exposed outdoors without an appropriate protective coating system.
What is the difference between the Single and 12-Pack?
The Single contains one 96" length. The 12-Pack contains twelve 96" lengths, providing 96 linear ft total. The larger pack is intended to provide a lower cost per piece because the profiles can be produced together as one batch.
How does the molding ship?
Because each piece is 96" long, the product ships by LTL freight on a pallet rather than ordinary parcel service.
