865FabLab can do both. The shop can fabricate from customer-provided CAD and drawings or help develop a solution from sketches, photographs, measurements, samples and functional requirements.
Which metals can you cut and fabricate?
The primary materials are mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Grade, thickness, geometry, availability and finish requirements are reviewed for each project.
Do you offer MIG and TIG welding?
Yes. MIG and TIG welding are available. The selected process depends on material, thickness, joint geometry, structural requirements and desired appearance.
Can you bend and form sheet metal?
Yes. Sheet-metal bending and forming are available. Feasibility depends on material, thickness, bend radius, tooling, part dimensions and geometry.
Do you offer powder coating or painted finishes?
