We route plywood, MDF, birch plywood, OSB, acrylic, PETG, polycarbonate, ABS, ACM, foamboard, honeycomb composites, compact laminate, high-density urethane, and other compatible materials.

What is the largest sheet size you can process?

The Kimla Veyron has an approximate work area of 78″ × 122″. The ShopSabre 408 Pro has an approximate work area of 56″ × 100″.

Can you route thick materials?

Yes. The ShopSabre can support material up to approximately 10″ thick when geometry, cutter access, material type, hold-down, and required depth allow it.

What file formats do you accept?

Common formats include DXF, STEP, AI, SVG, and PDF. We can also review drawings, sketches, and reference dimensions, and may be able to assist with file cleanup.

Can you optimize parts to reduce material waste?

Yes. We can nest parts and optimize cut order where the geometry allows, helping improve sheet yield and production efficiency.

Can I supply my own material?

Yes, subject to review. Customer-supplied material should be flat, clean, stable, and appropriate for the required tooling and hold-down method.

Do you offer pickup and shipping?
