Start your project

Tell us what you need fabricated.

Complete the existing form with your contact details, delivery address, deadline, file and project description. The more specific the information, the easier it is to evaluate the request.

SolidWorks and Onshape support the development of production-ready files and finished goods.

Materials, adhesives, fabrication systems and LED technologies can be coordinated within suitable projects.

Include your required deadline and shipping address so logistics can be considered during review.

Fabrication request

Let’s start your project.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

The existing upload configuration allows one file with 5MB size limit. Use a ZIP archive when multiple project files must be sent together.

Submission does not guarantee feasibility, pricing or a production date. The fabrication team will review the information and contact you about the appropriate next step.

Thank you for your message.

Project submission FAQs

Common questions before requesting a fabrication review.

Exact feasibility, pricing and scheduling depend on the information submitted and the fabrication requirements.

Ask a Question
What information should I include in the description?
Explain what needs to be fabricated, its intended use, approximate size, material, quantity, finish, assembly requirements and anything critical to fit or appearance.
Can I upload more than one file?
The current form retains its existing one-file upload configuration. Combine multiple files into a single ZIP archive when necessary, while remaining within the active Odoo upload-size limit.
What should I enter as the subject?
Use a short descriptive project name, such as “Acrylic Display Housing,” “Foam Event Letters,” or “CNC Routed Production Parts.”
Why is the complete address requested?
The delivery address helps evaluate pickup, parcel shipping, freight, packaging and destination-related project requirements.
Does submitting the form guarantee the deadline?
No. The requested deadline must be reviewed against file readiness, material availability, production capacity, finishing and delivery requirements.
Can one project use several fabrication processes?
Yes. Suitable projects may combine CNC routing, laser cutting, 3D printing, foam fabrication, vacuum forming, metalwork, graphics, finishing and assembly.
What happens after the form is submitted?
The CRM lead is routed using the existing team and user assignments. The team reviews the request and may contact you for additional technical information before quoting.
Do you work with customers outside Knoxville?
Suitable projects may be prepared for shipment within the United States. Large, fragile or oversized projects may require special freight coordination.
